What a joke. Spent 100 dollars to rip KyKy’s “Only Tens” pack, after several hundred dollars and packs pulled ai got the Lovebirds in a 10 (10k market value) and suddenly had an “error” that stopped the transaction. Have an order number and a photo of the card and everything, all the support team could tell me was they’d refund my account in 1-3 days for the purchase… will not be spending another dime on this app and am debating taking legal action.
