To improve payout reliability, maintain compliance with Stripe’s Terms of Service, and deliver a consistent buyer experience, we’re rolling out the following updates effective August 1, 2025:

💳 Payouts: Stripe Becomes Primary

Stripe will be the default payout method for nearly all sellers.

Only sellers with restricted or rejected Stripe accounts (or specific exceptions) will retain PayPal access.

💰 PayPal Reimbursement Info

We’re issuing fee reimbursements for eligible sellers affected by July PayPal payout disruptions.

Eligibility: Sellers who streamed before Sept 1, 2024, and experienced PayPal downtime in July

What’s covered: Drip fee (not transaction fee) during the impacted period

When: Reimbursements will be issued by August 7

🔒 Game & Listing Policy Updates

To stay compliant and ensure buyers receive what they pay for:

All orders must include a tangible item

→ No entries-only, prize-only, or filler games

Games must conclude within the same stream

→ Instant Packs are the only exception

Product names must accurately reflect the item shipped

Avoid gambling-style language

→ No use of “ducks,” “wheels,” “dice,” “raffles,” etc.

⚠️ Enforcement: We will begin issuing warnings for violations starting August 1. Repeated offenses may lead to strikes or further action.

We’re enforcing new rules to prevent account flags and payout freezes tied to chance-based mechanics:

Every purchase must result in a shipped item

All games must be completed during the stream (no multi-day fillers or pending breaks)

No use of “ducks,” “spins,” or gambling-style terms in stream titles, overlays, or product listings

These rules help protect your Stripe account from risk and ensure a fair experience for buyers.

Effective immediately:

All Instant Pack sales are subject to your standard seller platform fee, based on your current contract or seller tier

This change ensures fairness across all product types while helping us invest in better tools and support
