What a joke of a company, they amount of answers and support or lack there of is shameful and unprofessional to say the least. As a buyer I enjoyed watching streamers and buying product. 2 months later I can no longer sign, why? Wtf. I emailed support, got half ass answers, replies stating they would get back to me and never did. I sent pictures and dialogue of issues, yet nothing was done just half ass, replies and no follow ups. I did get a free tote with candy in the mail, oh yay, guess they think that makes up for shit customer service.
