Absolutely hideous scam incentive UI

Honestly I feel scammed, aside from the fact that they "do actually show probabilities" to save their skin, I am not surprised at all that I was able to put $50 (£40) on NO PROBLEM to buy a mystery pack, but as soon as I wanted to withdraw the money from selling the card back after losing 50% value (not the issue because I know mystery packs are a gamble) I couldn't change my Country of ID Issue on Verify.Stripe and now I am currently locked in a state of having $25 (£20) on my account and not being able to withdraw unless I raise a help desk ticket or somehow manage to become American and get a National Security Number. Not to mention, a horrific and purposefully misleading UI which is confusing and unhelpful at best, the AI chat bot tells you to go to a completely random page (supported by Fin) or links you to help and support, the first of which doesnt regonise Dripshop as a linked site and refers you back to Dripshop to seek assistance. Absolutely would not recommend for anyone, especially a UK user. 0.5/5 (only getting half a point for actually showing pack % odds even though no idea if theyre accurate or made up) !
