Easier way to contact Drip Seller Support

As streamers and sellers we need to have a better and easier way such as a button to contact/email seller support. Also, the people that get assigned to us take 20+ days to reply back to us when we have an issue. Can we get a more dedicated team for seller support emails? Would be super grateful for this. Thank you.

Hi! Definitely hear you with this one. If you're using the website there's an email link for support that could be sent to the team from any page. Do you currently use this, or contact them somewhere else? Regardless we can also work to ensure much more timely communication.
From the mobile app there isn't a good method available but we actually do have something in the works related to direct support team contact there, which will introduce live chat with support from the mobile app that we are hoping to roll out before the end of the year. Would this work for your needs?
