I’m having a serious issue redeeming my cards. I’ve tried both the mobile app and the website, and I keep getting error messages every single time I attempt to redeem.

Customer support told me not to redeem all 22 cards together and instead try smaller amounts like 11, then 4, then even 2 cards at a time. I followed all of those steps, even though splitting the order would increase my shipping costs, which is already frustrating enough. Despite that, the same errors keep happening.

Now the redemption window is about to expire, and I’m worried I’m going to lose my cards because the system simply will not let me redeem them. This is honestly ridiculous, and I don’t know who else can help at this point.
